1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern access to and use of Bulest, a platform for business automation, customer service and payment verification. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Account and responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for the users, collaborators, permissions, channels, agents and integrations configured in your account, and for ensuring that their use complies with the law and the policies of connected services.
3. Bulest features
Bulest may provide messaging channels, automated agents, customer management, stores, external integrations and a payment verifier. Some features depend on external providers and permissions granted by the user. Automated responses and verifications support operations, but the user remains responsible for business decisions, deliveries, refunds and customer service.
4. Integrations and third-party services
By connecting Google, Shopify, messaging services or other providers, you authorize Bulest to exchange only the data needed for the requested feature. Access to Google data is also governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable Google policies. You can revoke an integration in Bulest or through the relevant provider.
5. Permitted use
You may not use Bulest for fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, illegal content, unauthorized data extraction, circumvention of controls, intellectual property infringement or activities that affect the security or availability of the service. You may not share credentials, attempt to access other accounts or use automations without the required authorizations.
6. Plans, payments and limits
The prices, credits, limits and features of each plan are displayed before purchase. When Bulest offers a free trial, it is granted only once per account, ends after 30 days or when its credits are exhausted — whichever occurs first — and cannot be renewed or repeated. To continue using operational services after the trial, you must select and subscribe to a paid plan. Charges follow the selected billing cycle and payment method. Unless required by law or an express commercial condition, charges already incurred are non-refundable. We may restrict features when a plan expires, its credits are exhausted or a payment is outstanding.
7. User data and content
You retain ownership of the information you supply. You authorize us to process it exclusively to provide, protect and improve the visible features of Bulest in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You must have the authorizations necessary to process your customers’ data and to connect accounts, channels and third-party services.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider failures or events beyond our control may occur. We may modify features to improve security, compliance or performance and will communicate material changes where appropriate.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend an account because of security risks, fraud, non-compliance, abusive use or non-payment. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account. Disconnecting an integration revokes or deletes local credentials and initiates the cleanup described in the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
10. Intellectual property
Bulest, its software, design, brand, documentation and proprietary components belong to their respective owners. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service while your account remains active.
11. Liability
Bulest is provided subject to availability and within the limits permitted by law. We are not responsible for decisions based exclusively on automated responses, third-party interruptions, user configurations or uses contrary to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Colombia. Before initiating a dispute, we will seek to resolve it directly and in good faith. For questions, support, privacy or account requests, contact info@bulest.co.
